Product: Ultimate Oil Elixir - Glisskur Shampoo

Price: around 5€ (I only bought a small bottle to go on holidays, so mine was less expensive) 

Promises: 94%less breakage
Big disadvantage: it contains lots of strong products (such as silicone) 

I always love to try out new hairproducts, so for my holidays I bought these small bottles of Ultimate Oil Elixir shampoo from Glisskur - Schwarzkopf.
I decided to try this one because it is made to heal "overstressed, straw hair", honestly I was a bit afraid to go into the sun, pool, lake, with my blonde hairs! 

The products looks "golden yellow" and smells like vanilla. I like the smell and texture of the product. 

When I used the product my hair looked great, but I also used a lot of other products to protect my hair (sunprotector, loads of conditioner, a colorprotection mask) 

And after coming back my hair was healthy, not dry, not broken, so I was a happy camper!
I think the price is too high for a "regular" shampoo, when I pay this much I go to the Body Shop for siliconefree products and products free of animal testing;

Exercising habbit

For a long time, as long as I can remember, I'm exercising...
I have done it all, mountainbiking, judo, horsebackriding, tae bo, spinning, soccer, tennis, aqua gym, ... and I can continue. But for a couple of years I have been running and exercising in my living room.
I have done more sit-ups than normal people, I remember there was I time when I woke up at 6 a.m to do 1000 sit-ups before going to school. I have bought weights, dumbells,... I've downloaded videos, searched youtube and bought dvds! I can remember training every single evening...
It had is low and highs, there were times when I could run 15 km easily, some days I could only run for 30minutes...
Last year I was exercising around 2 hours a day, which is a lot. Now I have slow back to only 1 hour, which is hard!
My body needs to exercise, I need to perform some kind of exercising every single day! Sometimes I start to realise, that it has become insane. I can't keep up with this schedule. I'm afraid of finding a job,without the possibility to exercise!
It's addictive like a drug, my runners high.. I need it!
Those days when I can easily run for 50/60 minutes, I feel wonderful, I feel great. I could conquer the world that day!
I know it's not normal, I know my body doesn't look like I do all this hard work!
But I need it, otherwise, I couldn't possibly drink and eat everything I want like I do now!

Essence 24 H mascara

Name of the product: Essence 24 H mascara
Price: 2,49€
Place of purcase: kruidvat

Essence's 24 h mascara should be "waterproof, partyproof, lifeproof". Promises, promises, promises, I don't expect too much for this price.
And I was right:
- waterproof test: fail
- partyproof test: fail
- lifeproof test: I don't really know.


So I don't know what I'm doing wrong, as I was reading other blogs saying it was waterproof.
Although they complained about little black spots under the eye after having the mascara on for several hours.
I really don't think the mascara is that great, but you can't expect greatness for 2,49€.
If I really have to go for a cheap mascara , I go for the Biocura or another one from Essence.
My plan, using it over antother mascara until empty and never buy it again.

Sorry essence, you have made better products!! And I do love your nailpolish and your eyeshadows! And your other mascara's , failing is not a problem when you are this cheap!
