Well we finally have some sunshine overhere, so try to avoid exercising between 10 am and 4 pm!
When you exercise outside stay hydrated, use a sunscreen for your body, wear light clothes, try to exercise in shady areas!

You need the following :
- green , white, pink and yellow nailpolish
- hairclips
- patience

Start with a basecoat of light green, let it dry carefully and add a second layer.
Light colors don't really cover that good, so make sure you don't have stripes and continue with the green until you have a nice basecoat.

The end of a hairclip is used to dip into white nailpolish. Add 5 dots on a nail and make sure you leave some room for a yellow dot.
Let the white dots dry very good. Don't overdo it, 2 flowers a nail is perfect. You can switch with white and pink flowers.

Add the yellow dot with another hairclip.
If you want your polish to stay pretty for awhile, make sure you add a topcoat.

Accessories make the difference 

- a little scarf can make you look different, throw attention on you by wearing a scarf in a bright color!
  Always keep in mind to never over-do one color, a black scarf and a black dress make you look like a member from the Adams Family. A black dress and a pink scarf shows that you have guts!

You can also try to buy a bright handbag, if you're in doubt, try going for blue instead of black. Blue matches with a lot of color, and is just that bit different!

Today I bought the Hema Dip&Clean Nail polish remover. You have to dip your nails into the bottle.
It is not tested on animals , costs €2,5 and is very easy to use.
I tried it with the most irritating nailpolish I have (OPI -liquid sand, really such a great product, but a bitch to get off your nails) , and I'm happy with the result.
It is easy, fast, it does have a strong smell. But I don't mind it.
I don't know how many times you can use this product. But I like it.
