Time for breakfast

Fresh orange juice
toast and soy-butter

Get your Skin ready for spring

First things firtst, get rid of the dead skin cells from winter! Scrub-a-dub-dub...this will make you sparkle again, please do not use an aggressive scrub when you have a sensitive skin.
I love to use the Hema Scrub!!! But as already told this one can a bit to rough for your skin!
You can easily make your own scrub. Just mix some sugar (1teaspoon) with honey (1/2 teaspoon) and add some fresh lemon juice! Some people even use oatmeal to scrub. I have to tell you , I've never tried this before. You combine 1 tablespoon of oatmeal with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. To make it fluid, just add 1 teaspoon of water.

Next step is to avoid HOT baths. Yes they are awesome, but they dry out your skin! You need to moisturize your skin, so drink plenty of water! As well all know,  coffee isn't water, you can add some green tea to your new diet! But avoid loads of caffeine as they are dehydrating! I don't have to tell you that fruit and vegetables will make you glow :)

And always make sure you use a daycream containing a SPF-filter!!! Not only use it in summer, the sun shines in the winter as well!
Nothing more important to stay wrinkle-free! Clinique has a great moisturising daycream! Check it out!
If you don't want to spend a fortune, make sure to use a serum before you put on your daycream.
Get rid of your winter make-up! You don't need that dark foundation, get some fresh lipstick (go fuchia), put a color on your nails! The summer is all pastel and fluo!

Once a week , use a mask for your skin! I use a cleansing-mask from Freeman Beauty (available in Kruidvat).

My own Make Over

Last Friday I started to think about being blond again. But it's way too expensive to go to the hairdresser every 4 weeks. So I decided to do it myself!
Oh what a risk to take, will my hair become orange, will it break off, will I become bald....
After reading some reviews on the internet, I just took the risk.
I bought Lightner from Syoss and L'oreal Sublime Mousse to dye my hair.

So I read the instructions carefully and put the lightner on my roots first. I let it work for a minute or 10 and then I used the rest of the bottle for the rest of my hair. It should have been on my hair for 30 or 40 minutes. But I was a bit scared and stopped at 30 minutes. I was quite shocked at first.
Oh dear, orange ...a bit , but offcourse YELLOW... The package promised not to leave a yellow-shine....

Leaving it like that was not an option. So I dyed it with the sublime mousse color 9.0 pure light blond.
(Next time i'm going for Scandinavian blond).
I did not use the dye on wet hair. So I dried my hair before using the mousse. This time I left it in for 30 minutes and rinsed my hair using shampoo for grey hair (purple/blue).

The result:

My hair is blond! A little bit yellow, not that much.
But I'm happy with the result.
It took me 1 hour to finish this.
It cost me about 17€ (CHEAP)!!!
My hair isn't dead! I do use great shampoos for a while, no hair-dryer for a while and I use protection  oil!

So in 3 or 4 weeks, I'll do it again probably.

I love to dye my own hair! I can do it whenever I want to!

Make-over extraordinaire

AMAZING!
