tip of the day: hangovers

- Before going to bed; rinse your face well!! Even if you can't even stand up , you shall always rinse your face!
- Cold water on your face will make you feel better and look better !
- Use beautyproducts that hydrate your skin! And drink loads and loads and loads of water!
- Bags: use a conceiler!
- Do you look a bit pale....add some blush and some mascara!
- Drink a smoothie (full of vitamines )
- Caffeine will dehydrate you even more, stay away from coffee!
- A dry toast to get some carbs into your stomach ands some eggs and you will feel better!
- Sleep, sleep, sleep...
- You can drink some "sport-drinks" to get your minerals back on level!
- Watermelon contains a lot of water. So eat that yummy, healthy stuff!
