tip of the day; get your sportbra


• 'Low impact' bras offer lightweight support and are suitable for low impact sports like yoga, tai chi, walking, golf, cycling.

• 'Medium impact' bras are suitable for activities such as skiing, dancing, inline skating, nordic walking, fitness.

• 'High impact' bras are recommended for instance most ball sports, tennis, athletics, snowboarding.

• "Maximum" or "Extreme impact 'bras provide maximum support for sports such as running, aerobics, karate, boxing, judo, horse riding.

You also have different "models" in these bras

The encapsulated bra consists : two separate cups of non-elastic material. There are no brackets, there is however and elastic band underneath the breasts that proviceds support and the straps are wide!  This bra is preferable for women with large breasts (from D cup size) and high intensity sports. If you are suffering from bruises to the front part of the breasts, please get this one!


The compression bra consists of a single flat elastic material, usually with crossed straps on the back. This bra is suitable for women with small to medium breasts and less intensive sports.





 The combination has two separate bra cups that do not usually fit perfectly. This also consist of non-elastic material which is a second layer of elastic material is attached. This type of bra is not recommended.
