Jills Sanders will take a break from designer for the label "Jill Sanders"... After she took over from Raf Simons in 2012 she now takes a break for personal reasons.
In 1968 she launched her label, but it would take until the nineties before she got the attention she deserved. In 2000 she said "goodbye" for the first time, when the label became a part of the PradaGroup. She came back only 3 years later...and said "goodbye" for a second time just 1,5 year later.... Raf Simons (yes Dior, Yes Belgian) took over... the rest of the story is known.
Jill Sanders will turn 70 next month, who will follow in the footsteps of this leading leading isn't known for the moment!
