Burn more calories !

When you are walking around keep these tips in mind to burn more calories!

- Wave your arms ! Don't wave like crazy go for a 90° corner!
-  Speed up!
- Go up hill or downhill!
- If you walk 5 more minutes twiece a day, you'll burn 50cal extra!
- High knees! (when nobody sees you.... )
