- Do not , do not, never ,forget to breathe! Use your nose and mouth to breathe! He more oxygen, the better!
- Get an outfit that is comfortable! Clothes that breathe are the best for running. But most important , wear something you love to wear.
- You really need great running shoes: you can't start running on regular sneakers! You need to protect your joints!
- A bottle of water! I always take a small bottle of water with me! Sometimes it's all you need to keep on going!
- Don't run after eating dinner, wait for at least half an hour!
