My favorite App: "my fitness pal"

Currently I'm trying to lose weight again, so I've downloaded the "myfitnesspal"- app on my Ipad.
It is a free application that helps you to keep an overview of your cal-intake and cal-output.
Everyday you can list up what you eat +amount (really, most products are in the app!!) and you can tell the exercises you did!
