tips to drink more water

Having a hard time drinking 1,5 l each day, try to get there with these tips :

- Carry water with you, take a big handbag with you and just carry your own small bottle of water with you, everywhere you go

- A small bottle will be not as demotivating as a large bottle, so go for a small bottle of 50cl...and fill it again...

- Make a chart at work/school or even for your own...
Does everybody get the need amount..cross out how you have drank...It will be more motivating (remember putting crosses on a calender to your the days )


















- Drink at least one glass of water with each meal! Another plus you will eat less!

- Add lemon to your water to give it a small taste, you can also drink tea! Switch between sparkling and non-sparkling water!

- Replace one drink a day by a glass of water

- Set an alarm to remind you to drink water! P.E each hour one glass of water
