Beyoncé's tips to get thin

- Set realistic goals , set goals you can reach for, don't aim to high, don't aim to low. Best way to set goals, is to work in steps.. Wanna run 10 miles, first go for 5 miles!!!
- Beyoncé works with interval-trainings : run hard - slow down - run hard - slow down; this will get your heartrate up
- No time...between everything she does , queen B makes time for muscle-exercises!
- Accept your body, don't aim to be modelthin
- Find a sport your like
- B listens to her own music while exercising! She is her own motivation
