Tips to exercise in hot weather

Possibilities
- Try to set the alarmclock early : exercising in the morning is the best 

- If they are predicting rain: USE that moment to go running, ride your bike ! The rain will give more oxygen and it will be less hot! 

- Go swimming!

- Exercise inside for a change! 

- Do a nice long evening walk
