getting fit by running

- Wearing loads of clothes won't make you thin, you will only loose water!
- Stay positive each exercise counts, but go for a minimum of 30 minutes when you go running! Otherwise you won't burn fat, you will only burn carbohydrates.
- Running is no excuse for eating bad!
- Try to do exercises with weights once in a while!  (it will make you look better)
