HEALTHY TIP




Therefor you can always eat a grapefruit with your breakfast, spice up your life with some spicy peppers, have a smelly breath (garlic :p).
You can add some berries to your yogurt, add some lemon juice in a glass of water for taste.
Try out some spaghetti with fresh tomatoes, add garlic and spicy peppers and loads of carrots.
No need to skip eggs for cholesterol. They are full of protein and vitamins. A boiled egg is a nice alternative to eat for breakfast in the weekend.

Never forget, an apple a day, keeps the doctor away !
