And we are back!!!!!!!! I started to miss my blog!!! So here I am again!
Firet things first
- i work out hard since a few months ! I run 60min at least 4 times a week and add some 40 min tae bo
- my hair has grown
- i started to hate my job
- i bought tons of beauty products

NAILPOLISH BATTLE

So first off all I bought new nailpolish
- China Glaze "grape pop"
- OPI "Austin tatious turquoise"

 I do like both products, although I prefer OPI.

OPI costs about 13.95€, the CHINA GLAZE only costs about 6.95€.
Which is a rather big difference, but I now know why:
- both nailpolish-brands have the same "quick-dry"formula. You put it on your nails, you wait a bit and it's dry. This is a great advantage!
- the brush of both  products is similar
- the China Glaze shines more than the OPI
- the China Glaze is more easy to remove, due to the glittering from the OPI nailpolish
- I do prefer the OPI , it just lasts longer on my nails! Such an advantage...although I switch nailpolish all the time, sometimes I feel like just keeping the same color the entire week.

Availability: I buy my OPI nailpolish at MOLLYWOOD MOL, but you can buy it in different stores in Belgium. My China Glaze I buy at PRO DUO, a store for professional hairdressers.

New hair!

Great Hairproduct

Made my hair soft, not greasy. And the little one you don't have to rinse out.
I love it. When I'm in a hurry, I don't need to use conditioner, I just use the little bottle on my toweldry-hair and comb them. Let them dry (air). And they are done!

OPI gel color

OPI will launch their gelcolors in Belgium soon. The colors last for 2 weeks, you can choose out of 30 colors. I love this! I want to try it out. Should call Planet Perfume for an appointement. At least if it's already in Belgium. Such a pitty I'm not a professional nailstylist...  you need at least a LED-lamp and the soak-off products to do it at home.

Nike has been leading the development of smartphone fitness apps and its iPhone app Nike GPS app is well known among fitness community.  Nike launched its GPS sports watch in CES 2011 show.  Now Nike has bounced back with another iPhone app, Nike Training Club, which is targeted for women.  Nike training club is a personal training program with over 60 custom build workouts featuring audio guidance. 

Nike training club app has four basic modules “Get Lean,” “Get Toned,” “Get Strong,” and “Get Focused,” with range of focused workouts for different body types.  Each module has subsections and you can choose your workout according to your preferred training level.  The main features of the training club include:

I LOVE THIS PROGRAM! I discovered it last week and I'm hooked! I really can't tell you guys how amazing it is!
You really feel good after finishing a work-out!
I want to practice every day and the 15 minute routines are such a help!
You can do it at home, just in front of the tv! I even feel better doing this than going to the gym!

Price:  It normally costs around €21, it was 50% off 

What is your hair like: Fluffy, coloured (black), dry 

What is the product supposed to do: “ A pre-wash treatment to get control of fluffy, untamed hair.

We have packed this full of ingredients to bring your hair under control and make it easier to comb, but we also haven’t forgotten shine and condition.” from the Lush-site!
Mind the fact that this product is for red/dark-heads!!!

Biggest + : It smells nice, it’s easy to use, my hair shines way more after using it, it’s super soft! 

Biggest - : You need to use a big amount. On the package it says you need to use the whole jar. But I just used the needed amount. 

How did you use the product : You have to use it on dry hair, I just added the needed amount on my hair. And put my hair together with a big clip. I let it rest for 20 minutes and then rinsed my hair. After you have to wash it with shampoo and conditioner. I used my other lush product (the Cynthia Sylvia Stout-shampoo) and I used the Repair Wella Conditioner.

On the internet you can find to use it in steamy rooms. I didn’t have the time to lay in the bath for 20 minutes.  

Will you buy it again : yes, it costs a lot of money, but the result was great!
