The labello protects, hydrates and gives a pearl/pink color to your lips.

I love it, it has a really nice smell, not too sweet (very important).
The most important thing is the color, it's not too much, but it gives that bit of shine that I like on casual occasions.

Nobody should ever wear a white legging! 

getting fit by running

- Wearing loads of clothes won't make you thin, you will only loose water!
- Stay positive each exercise counts, but go for a minimum of 30 minutes when you go running! Otherwise you won't burn fat, you will only burn carbohydrates.
- Running is no excuse for eating bad!
- Try to do exercises with weights once in a while!  (it will make you look better)

Just like you have to scrub your face and legs, you can also scrub your armpits (before shaving) !
