easy oatmeal cookies

Here are an healthy alternative for those who have no time to eat breakfast!
You can eat this cookie on your way to work, in the car, in the train...

for 6 cookies :
- 125 gr oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 2 small eggs (or 1 big)
- 150 ml soy milk (natural)
- a bit of salt
- you can add nuts, pure chocolat
- muffintins or papers

-Preheat the oven at 170°c
-mix the banana, the eggs, soymilk, oatmeal and the salt
-chop op the nuts/chocolat , add to the batter
-put the batter in the muffintins
-bake for around 25minutes
