Staying healthy on vacation

- Try to exercise (walk, swim, walk, swim,... these are the most easy ones to do)
- Don't binge! You don't need to "TRY IT ALL" because it is there! Just eat your regular portions!
- A treat a day will work! Try to keep it healthy and allow yourself a treat a day, to keep yourself motivated!
- Cocktails are cal-bombs, avoid them! Go for a white wine, cava, gin, ..stay away from cocktails with loads of juice!
- Drink loads and loads of water!
- Keep your regular 5-a-day eating moments!


Keep this in mind  all the time!
