Tip of the day : go vegan
I've became a vegan... each time I ate meat, I felt a disgusting feeling about myself. I haven't had this before. I don't claim that everybody should go vegan, but here are some benefits of being a vegan!
I do still consume milk and eggs (from my own chickens :) )..
